13-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by British Vogue, 'Short fitted blouse has shaped extensions overlapping full-top long or short sleeves at front and back of armholes, and fastens at front with loops and buttons.  Shaped collar and cuffs are detachable.  Peplum ripples at back.  Four-piece skirt has inset godet at center front and is finished on a narrow fabric belt.  Seam at top of sleeve releases in pleat'.
