7-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by McCall.  Throughout the 1800’s and into the early 1900’s, the term ‘sack’ was often used to describe a loose fitting garment.  In this case, the term ‘sack apron’ is what we understand to be an unfitted dress. 

At the time this design originally circulated in 1908, the seam allowances were a standard 3/8”.  I have given a little extra to make a ½” seam allowances so all can easily be finished in a French seam, if desired.  There is an outlet of ¼” given at the side and shoulder seams of the Dress Front and Dress Back pieces.

Best for advanced skill level as the instructions are not illustrated and very basic.
